Your username is the same as your email address. If you have problems logging in and can't reset the password then please contact Customer Support.
If you use more than one email address, make sure you have logged in with the correct address.

My prescription link no longer works, what should I do?
Make sure you are logged in using the same email address you gave your practitioner, then go to the 'Prescriptions' menu to view your prescriptions.
